Trusted Media Brands Names Zach Friedman Chief Revenue Officer
Former Fox News Executive to Lead Brand Revenue Growth Across Digital, Print and Experiential Platforms
NEW YORK, N.Y., (March 20, 2018) – TrustedMediaBrands, a leader in brand-driven multi-platform media content, and home to iconic brands such as Taste of Home, Reader’s Digest, and The Family Handyman among others, today announced the appointment of Zach Friedman to the position of Chief Revenue Officer for the company effective this week.
Friedman most recently served as the Vice President, Digital Sales and Business Development for Fox News Digital, where he was responsible for leading digital sales and revenue across the Fox News and Business networks including direct sales, programmatic and contextual sales.
In addition, Friedman oversaw the Business Development team where he was tasked with driving new partnerships and revenue streams through activities such as syndication, distribution, e-commerce and events among others. Under his leadership, Friedman grew revenue performance by nearly double across the combined business channels.
Friedman will report directly to Bonnie Kintzer, President and CEO, Trusted Media Brands and be based in the company’s New York City office location.
Friedman is a strong leader who has a keen understanding of how to drive revenue across a portfolio of brands, products, and platforms,” says Kintzer. “His background in the digital media industry along with his ability to engage clients on multiple-media channels as well as to lead brand teams to high performance will further strengthen our revenue growth.”
She notes the addition of Friedman, along with Greg Coleman recently joining the Board of Directors, reflects “the incredible depth and strength of our digital sales and marketing expertise. Friedman’s background includes leading digital sales operations on both a national and regional basis with Fox as well as with the planning and buying of media for such well-known agencies as Zenith and Summit Media.
Friedman has a B.S. degree in Speech Communications from Texas Christian University. He resides in New Jersey with his family.
